In March of 2001, I had the opportunity to
play the role of Lennox in a production of Macbeth
produced by Philip Hoke at UTSA. It was the first time
I'd been involved in a Shakespearean play, though I've
always loved to read and watch them.
In addition to my acting role, I was also
the sound designer. I co-wrote a song for the Weird Sisters
during the cauldron scene. It turned out quite well. They
danced to the prerecorded song, which features myself
on all three vocal parts. I used Cakewalk Express to design
the midi accompaniment.

experience in Macbeth, visit the Macbeth

You will need an MP3 player to listen to this
file. I recommend Real

Spirits mp3 (1.5 MB)
Lyrics
Like elves and fairies in a ring enchanting
all,
Come we Black Spirits of the night.
Come sisters now let us unveil our cruel delights.
And now with talismans and charms so priceless
rare,
Make we a potion and declare
No man can dare avoid the nightmare we will show.
I call upon the pow'r of fire.
I call upon the pow'r of earth.
I call upon the pow'r of air.
And these we do invoke.
Black spirits now your time has come,
show you your face.
Embrace the spell, enchant this place.
Before the coming of the dawn, let us make haste.
